But I had a big problem that I had was i wanted Is a hot shower and and a hot bathhh could not enjoy that in my room 143... cold shower and there was no satisfaction in that..... they had no other room to offer.... i concluded up leaving after i went to dinner... didnt fifty-fifty stay the night... its important where someone stays they get proper and bones comfy shower...

This hotel was very disappointing. The staff weren't very friendly and the rooms are old and battered. The air conditioner stopped working and we called the front desk for some assistance in the affair and they never came. Likewise, people are yelling all nighttime in the hallways and my family was awaken during the night by banging on the walls. This is definitely not a hotel my family will be returning to.

There was no hot water this morning when I went to take a shower. I ran the water for at least 15 minutes without success. When I called the front end desk-bound about the problem no one picked upward. When I went to cheque out the person at the front desk barely spoke English. This is a terrible place and I'll never stay in that location again. Travelocity should remove them from your site every bit they are giving y'all a bad name.

The bathroom sink would non drain. We could see all of the sludge that was built upward in the drain. Icky! Information technology also took extremely long to get hot water. The shower was almost incommunicable to adjust the temperature. There was old, rotten nutrient left in the refrigerator from a previous invitee. The gratuitous breakfast was "minimal" at best.

NEVER AGAIN
Third floor room, with a kitchen, we had to ask for a coffee pot and all items needed for kitchen, and so we had to go go them every bit they were never delivered as promised. Second - the fitted sheets would not stay on the mattress, nor was at that place a mattress cover on the mattress. The mattress was worn and uncomfortable and I did non sleep considering of the yelling going on in the parking lot right outside the front end lobby doors, which floated upward to the 3rd flooring window, where we had thought it would be nice to get fresh air. WRONG.
